Alya Niasis longs to step out of her twin brother’s shadow and forge a path as her own person. With the support of her best friend, and drawing inspiration from her memory-like dreams, she plans to make waves during her senior year. Then, he shows up. Orion Beck seemingly walked out of her dreams and into her first period Chemistry class. Despite the hostility on his face, Alya feels drawn to him and she’s determined to figure out why.
She never expects his explanation. Having grown bored with the ancient gods dormant, the Fates reincarnated Artemis for the fifth and final time, and tasked her to write her own happily ever after with the hunter Orion. They must interpret the fractured memories hidden in her dreams in order to reclaim their destiny or else the Fates will annihilate the goddess living inside her. Yet at every turn, fate conspires against them. Tension grows between her twin and Orion, threatening to end their chance at forever before it’s begun.
As fate and past lives converge with the ordinary woes of high school, Alya and Orion race against time to shape their own destiny and escape the clutches of an impending doom orchestrated by ancient powers. Will their love prevail, or will tragedy strike once again? How can Alya balance the power of a goddess without losing what little individuality she started to shape?
